Elements Boutique is under new ownership and beginning an exciting new chapter. We’re bringing Elements and Cotton Basics together, combining two longtime beloved Berkeley businesses under one roof.

 

Together, we’re creating a one-stop shop for all your fashion and apparel needs. We thoughtfully curate a selective collection of clothing every season including, accessories, jewelry, shoes, undergarments, and more, while continuing to offer Cotton Basics natural-fiber favorites, made locally from 100% cotton and 100% linen.

History 

Elements was founded in 1995, and Cotton Basics was founded in 1982. Both have proudly called the Elmwood neighborhood on College Avenue in Berkeley, California home for decades.

Now, these two longtime Berkeley businesses are coming together under one roof at 2937 College Ave, continuing their shared history in the neighborhood.
